About Jordyn: For over seven years, I have been the go-to creative in my circle — whether it digital design, event styling, or real estate marketing. After extensive training in the short-term rental space, I fully renovated my own STR, The Firefly Retreat, which reached the top 1% of its market in the first year! I fell in love with the process and have since focused on helping investors do the same — creating standout, high-performing rentals through design and strategy.

About Stacey: With a passion for real estate and sales, I began my journey in interior design before transitioning into residential real estate. After five successful years in sales, I found my true calling in business operations, where I now combine my love for real estate with my design and operations experience to streamline and elevate strategies in the short-term rental market!
